High School Graduate or G.E.D.

Official Transcript Required

Birth Certificate at Time of Application

Application Fee - $25.00 Payable at Time of Application

No Applications taken during the months of August & September

Apply in Person at 4300 Millikin Road Hamilton, Ohio 45011

Apply on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

To be accepted to our Program you will be required to pass a DRUG TEST
